A creamy blend of tofu, honey and lemon.
A fruity topping or filling for cakes, or serve with fresh fruit.
300 g firm tofu
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
2 Tbsp honey
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
