An icy cold, fat-free treat.

Ingredients:

1 medium banana

2 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 tsp liquid sugar substitute

3/4 cup strawberries


Directions:

Chop strawberries and banana into small pieces.

Mix together orange juice and sugar substitute.

Place a mixture of chopped strawberries and banana into each ice block container.

Pour in juice, insert popsicle tops or sticks and freeze.
