Bring out the child in you with these unique cones - fun for kids of all ages!

Yield: 4 x 1 snow cone servings
Using an ice cream scoop, make 4 balls of watermelon and place them in the freezer on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet for no more than 1 hour.
Remove from freezer and roll in vanilla yogurt and then lightly coat with sweetened coconut; top with sprinkles or jimmies.
Place in a snow cone cup and enjoy.
* Unsweetened coconut can replace the sweetened, if desired.
For a change, replace snow cone cup with an ice cream cone.
