Top off your meal with this succulent peach dessert!

Yield: 8 x 1 peach servings
Place peach on a grill tray, cut side up. Pour a little syrup over each peach and dot with a little butter. Cook under a hot grill until bubbling and heated through.
In a bowl, mix together ricotta, sugar and vanilla. Serve immediately with the grilled peaches.
If desired, can use sugar-free alternatives to caster sugar and maple syrup.
