Traditional holiday eggnog is made with rich, high calorie, high fat ingredients. Although this traditional recipe is non-alcoholic, many recipes also call for 1+ cup of rum or brandy.
The Eggnog Wassail madeover recipe trades the whole milk and heavy cream for nonfat eggnog. Spicing it with apple cider, this eggnog blends fall and winter flavors together, making it a special nog for the holidays!
