These oven-baked fries warm up with dipping sauce flavor!

Ingredients:

6 large (8 - 9 oz each) Idaho Potatoes, scrubbed

1 dash each of salt & black pepper

1 cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500ºF.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Place each potato half, cut-side down, on cutting board and cut 1/4-inch lengthwise slices. Place potato slices in a large mixing bowl and toss with desired seasoning mixture or salt and pepper.

Line two baking sheets with foil and spray the foil lightly with cooking spray. Divide potatoes between the two baking pans. Bake potatoes in preheated oven for about 10 minutes; remove from oven and turn over potato slices. Return pans to the oven and bake another 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are lightly browned and fork tender.

Serve with Dipping Sauces for Mild, Medium and Hot Idaho Potato Fries (Dipping Sauce recipes: click on recipe link below).

Variations:

Can be served with ketchup or bottled hot sauce, if desired.

Dipping Sauces and other serving suggestions are not included in the nutritional analysis and may not be gluten/dairy-free, if gluten/dairy-free is required.
