Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 1 cup seedless raisins
  • 3 Tbsp rum
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/2 tsp almond essence
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Equal® Spoonful (or 12 packets Equal® sweetener)

Directions:

Soak raisins in rum overnight. Drain and place in a food processor with almond meal, flaked almonds, almond essence, and Equal®.

Process until just combined. Shape mixture into balls and roll in cocoa.

Variations:

Alternatively, roll the balls in coconut.
