  • 2 thin slices multigrain bread (1 oz per slice)
  • 2 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 42.86 g lean ham
  • 1 Tbsp low-fat spreadable cream cheese


On one slice of bread, spread the cream cheese; on the another, spread the mustard.

Layer ham on one slice of bread, then top with remaining slice of bread. Serve.


Serve with a leafy salad for a more filling meal.
