Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 171.43 g cooked turkey breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 small tart red apple, cored and cut into small cubes
  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp non-fat yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 lettuce leaves, washed, cleaned and crisp
  • 8 slices reduced-calorie raisin bread

Directions:

In medium bowl combine turkey, celery, apple, walnuts, mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

To serve, arrange a lettuce leaf on a bread slice. Spoon 3/4 cup turkey mixture over lettuce leaf and top with another bread slice. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Turkey mixture will keep two days in refrigerator.
