These versatile sandwiches are a sure hit at a tea or an aprés ski gathering!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup light cream cheese
1 Tbsp sweet hot mustard
1 1/2 tsp fresh dill weed, chopped
4 slices pumpernickel bread, crust removed
342.86 g smoked turkey breast slices, cut in half
2 Tbsp fresh minced dill, extra, or as needed (for garnish)
Directions:
In small bowl combine cream cheese, mustard and 1 1/2 teaspoons dill. Spread mixture evenly over bread slices. Cut each bread slice into thirds lengthwise. Cut each third in half crosswise.
Roll each turkey slice half into a cornucopia shape. Dip larger edge or cornucopia in remaining dill to garnish edge of turkey. Arrange turkey cornucopia rolls on bread sections.
