  • 4 Tbsp fresh mango, puréed
  • 16 fl. oz chilled Prosecco (2 cups) *
  • 4 chilled champagne flutes
  • 1 fresh mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into 4 garnish slices **

Directions:

Combine mango purée and chilled Prosecco in each champagne glass and serve. Garnish with fresh mango slices on the rim.

Tips:

* Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine, made from a variety of white grapes grown in the Veneto region of northern Italy.

** For extra visual appeal, slice mango garnishes into star or other fun shapes.
