For a cool treat, enjoy this truly, low-fat ice cream.
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Extra Time: 4 hrs
(for chilling and freezing)
Yield: 6 x 1/2 cup servings
Place all ingredients into a food processor or mixmaster and process until thick and fluffy. Pour mixture into a freezer-proof bowl and freeze until beginning to set around the edge.
Remove from freezer and beat until smooth. Return to freezer and freeze until firm.
