This fun, refreshing drink has an added bonus - plenty of vitamin C!
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Yield: 2 x 1/2 cup servings
In a blender, add the 1 sliced kiwifruit, sugar, lime juice, and ice cubes and blend until smooth. Serve in stemmed glasses; garnish edge of each glass with kiwifruit slice.
If desired, replace the sugar with an equivalent amount of artificial sweetener.
Can add 1/2 teaspoon rum extract, or for an alcoholic option, add 1 to 2 ounces rum.
