



These unique Aussie burgers are made with healthy, trim kangaroo ground meat or other exotic meats.
3/4 lb lean ground kangaroo meat *
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs (such as parsley, oregano, thyme)
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of salt
1 dash of black pepper
1 zucchini, peeled and grated
1 chili pepper, chopped (optional)
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape into patties and fry in a non-stick fry pan.
* Exotic meats such as buffalo or venison can be substituted for the kangaroo.
