1 scoop fat-free, no sugar added, vanilla ice cream (1/2 cup) *
Directions:
FLOAT: Pour juice in chilled glass. Add scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
or,
BLENDED: Blend together one scoop of ice cream and pineapple juice. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
Variations:
* 1 scoop low-fat vanilla ice cream can be used instead (recipe: 199 cals, 3.7g fat, 39.1g carbs, 29.7g total sugars).
Instead of pineapple juice, why not try apple or lemon-lime or apricot juices; and/or replace vanilla ice cream with pineapple or other desired flavor.
