Grill lamb chops for 4 minutes each side or until cooked.
To make salsa, combine nectarines, orange flesh, orange juice and ginger in a serving bowl. Mix well. Stir in spring onion and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve immediately or refrigerate before use. Serve salsa over lamb.
