  • 1 Tbsp nonfat cream cheese (3/4 oz. or 20g)
  • 2 oz lean turkey bacon, grilled
  • 1 oz mixed salad
  • 2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz each)


Grill bacon. With paper towel, pat to absorb extra fat. Set aside.

Lightly spread bread with the cream cheese.

Arrange bacon and salad on bread; top with remaining bread.



If using light cream cheese add an extra 26 calories and 3g fat.
