  • 2 thin slices multigrain bread
  • 2 tsp buttery spread
  • 1 small banana (4 oz), mashed
  • 4 pitted dates (Deglet Noor), finely chopped

Directions:

Spread bread with buttery spread, then pile on mashed banana. Cover with dates and close with remaining slice of bread.
