Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 2 thin slices whole-grain bread
  • 1 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 small egg, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 57.14 g canned shrimp or prawns, drained and rinsed
  • 1 lettuce leaf, finely shredded

Directions:

Lightly spread mayo on one slice of bread. Add egg slices, prawns and lettuce. Top with remaining slice of bread.

Keep chilled until serving.
