Ingredients Convert to Metric

  • 1/3 cup light cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp sweet hot mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill weed, chopped
  • 4 slices pumpernickel bread, crust removed
  • 12 oz smoked turkey breast slices, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp fresh minced dill, extra, or as needed (for garnish)

Directions:

In small bowl combine cream cheese, mustard and 1-1/2 teaspoons dill. Spread mixture evenly over bread slices. Cut each bread slice into thirds lengthwise. Cut each third in half crosswise.

Roll each turkey slice half into a cornucopia shape. Dip larger edge or cornucopia in remaining dill to garnish edge of turkey. Arrange turkey cornucopia rolls on bread sections.
