  • 1 Basil Salsa recipe (click on recipe link below)
  • 2 packages (8.81 oz each) Focaccia bread, sliced horizontally
  • 3 leaves leaf lettuce, washed and dried
  • 3/4 lb fully-cooked smoked turkey, shaved
  • 4 oz reduced-fat provolone cheese, shaved

Directions:

SALSA: Prepare Basil Salsa for use in this recipe.

SANDWICH: On a large plate, place one focaccia loaf upside down. Arrange lettuce over focaccia and top with turkey, Basil Salsa and cheese. Place remaining focaccia loaf over top. To serve, slice into 6 wedges.
