Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 28.57 g slice lowfat cheese
  • 2 tsp light margarine or vegetable spread
  • 1/2 small carrot, peeled and grated
  • 9.43 g walnuts, roughly chopped (about 4 - 5 walnut halves)
  • 2 thin slices multigrain bread (1 oz each)


Lightly spread bread with margarine. Layer carrot, walnuts and cheese between bread slices. Serve.
