



Bacon, lettuce and tomato with mayonnaise. Yum!
2 oz extra lean bacon, grilled (such as Jennie-O)
1 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
2 thin slices mixed grain bread (about 1 oz)
1 lettuce leaf
3 slices tomato (about 2 oz)
Pre-cook bacon, drain fat and set aside.
Lightly spread bread with mayonnaise. Layer lettuce, bacon and tomato on one slice of bread; top with remaining bread. Serve.
Can pre-toast bread, if desired.
