A sandwich with tender roast beef and salad.
2 tsp light margarine or butter spread
2 oz mixed salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts)
1 oz lean roast beef, sliced
2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz)
Lightly spread bread with margarine.
Fill sandwich with the beef and salad. Serve.
Use nonfat mayonnaise instead of margarine and save 25 calories and 4.5g fat.
