Cheese, Tomato and Pickle Sandwich

- 1 small gherkin pickle (1 oz), drained
- 2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz each)
- 2 tsp light buttery spread or margarine
- 1 oz slice nonfat cheese
- 3 slices tomato (2 oz)
Directions:
Thinly slice gherkin pickle.
Lightly spread bread with margarine; layer with cheese, tomato and pickle. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Serve.
