Always a favorite.
1 oz slice extra light cheese
1 small pickles (gherkin), drained (1 oz)
2 tsp light margarine
3 slices tomato (2 oz)
2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz each)
Thinly slice pickle (gherkin).
Lightly spread bread with margarine; layer with cheese, tomato and pickle. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Serve.
Extras:
If adding mayonnaise (1 tablespoon), use a fat-free variety and allow an extra 36 calories, 0.5g fat.
