A savory mix of bacon, cream cheese and salad.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp nonfat cream cheese (3/4 oz. or 20g)

2 oz lean turkey bacon, grilled

1 oz mixed salad

2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz each)


Directions:

Grill bacon. With paper towel, pat to absorb extra fat. Set aside.

Lightly spread bread with the cream cheese.

Arrange bacon and salad on bread; top with remaining bread.

Serve.

Variations:

If using light cream cheese add an extra 28 calories and 3.5 g fat.
