Sweet banana with dates.
2 thin slices multigrain bread
4 pitted dates
2 tsp light margarine
1 small banana (4 oz), mashed
Finely chop the dates; set aside.
Spread bread with margarine, then pile on mashed banana. Cover with dates and close with remaining slice of bread.
Skip the margarine and save yourself 45 calories and 5g fat.
