Lean ham, cream cheese and mustard makes a delicious combination.
Ingredients:
2 thin slices multigrain bread (1 oz per slice)
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 1/2 oz lean ham
1 Tbsp low-fat spreadable cream cheese
Directions:
On one slice of bread, spread the cream cheese; on the another, spread the mustard.
Layer ham on one slice of bread, then top with remaining slice of bread. Serve.
Variations:
Serve with a leafy salad for a more filling meal.
