Prawn and Egg Sandwich
A very satisfying combination of prawns, egg, lettuce and mayo.

- 1 lettuce leaf, finely shredded
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, fat free
- 1 large egg, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
- 57.14 g prawns, tinned, drained
- 2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz)
Directions:
Lightly spread mayo on one slice of bread. Add egg slices, prawns and lettuce. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Serve.
Tips:
Keep chilled before serving.
