A simple yet delicious pork entrée.
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
3 Tbsp California apricot preserves
5 Tbsp honey mustard
Directions:
Season tenderloin with salt and pepper. In a small bowl stir together the preserves and mustard. Grill pork over a medium-hot fire, brushing with mustard mixture frequently, turning once or twice, until just done, about 15 minutes.
