Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 2 cup chopped, cooked, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cup seedless California grapes, rinsed and cut in half
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped toasted pecans (or roasted)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice


Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve.


For a gourmet sandwich or wrap, add to wholegrain bread, 1/2 pita pocket or large wholegrain tortilla.
