Viennese Salad
This satisfying salad is kind to your waist-line.

- 2 large carrots, finely grated
- 2 large green apples, grated
- 1 large banana, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins or currants
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Squeeze lemon juice over to prevent browning of apple and banana.
