Leafy bok choy stir-fried in garlic and ginger, served as an accompaniment to a main meal.
Suggestions:
Bok choy is also known as Chinese Cabbage.
Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil
14 oz bok choy, rinsed and roughly torn
1 tsp grated fresh root ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok. Add the bok choy and stir fry over a high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the wok and stir fry for a further 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
