Ingredients Convert to Imperial

  • 6 eggs
  • 114.29 g light margarine
  • 0.23 kg low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 0.90 kg nonfat cottage cheese
  • 285.71 g frozen, chopped broccoli (thawed)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash paprika (optional)
  • 114.29 g jar chopped pimento (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish (2 quart).

Bake in 350F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Serve hot.

Variations:

Can be served as a main dish, served with sliced fresh apples and crusty bread (Cuban, Italian or French). Add more salt to taste, if desired.
