This dressing is an avocado-lovers dream come true.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 small ripe avocado
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated ginger
Directions:
Peel and mash avocado.
Blend all ingredients well in a food processor or blender.
