A lip-smacking salad dressing.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp lemon rind, grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
Blend oil and lemon juice. Add lemon rind, salt, nutmeg and garlic; combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavor to develop before using.
Variations:
1/4 teaspoon Lite salt can replace regular salt.
