A delicious, creamy yet fresh dessert that will impress your family and friends.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup mango, cut into chunks (about 4 oz)
1/4 cup orange juice, no added sugar
4 passion fruit
4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp chopped macadamia nuts
1 1/3 Tbsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Place half the mango in a blender with orange juice and purée until smooth. Place a spoon of chopped mango in the base of parfait glasses or tall glass bowls - even a large water glass will look nice.
Mix vanilla extract into yogurt. Top with a spoon of yogurt and drizzle with passion fruit pulp/juice. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with purée on top.
Sprinkle with chopped macadamia nuts and serve immediately.
