Ahhh - the simple pleasure of the picnic! With grapes, beans, celery, and dressing, this salad makes the meal!

Ingredients:
1 cup California seedless grapes
1 can (15 oz) small white beans, drained
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced green onions
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp vegetable oil, such as canola (for dressing)
2 Tbsp lemon juice (for dressing)
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard (for dressing)
1/4 tsp salt (for dressing)
1/4 tsp pepper (for dressing)
3 - 4 lettuce leaves, or as needed
Directions:
SALAD: Combine grapes, beans, celery, onions, parsley and the lemon-mustard dressing; mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves.
LEMON-MUSTARD DRESSING: Combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Makes 1/4 cup.
