3/4 lb cooked soybeans * 1 Tbsp chopped coriander 1 tsp chopped chilis 2 cloves garlic 1 lime, juiced 1 egg 1 tsp ground cumin 1 Tbsp olive oil Directions:
Add coriander, chilis, garlic and ground cumin; blend. Add the egg and lime juice and blend until the mixture is smooth. Form into 8 patties and fry in a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil. (Per Serving)
