1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 8 oz dry fettuccini 2 cup fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1 Tbsp olive or canola oil 1 Tbsp capers, rinsed and drained 2 Tbsp grated fresh parmesan cheese Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions on packet. Combine tomato, basil, mozzarella, oil and capers in a bowl and mix well. Spoon over hot pasta and serve topped with grated parmesan. Variations:
