    3 large fresh California avocados (about 8 oz each), seeded and peeled
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/2 large clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 small tomato, diced
    3 oz low-fat Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 green chili, diced (or to taste)
    0.17 cup fresh cilantro (1/6 cup), finely chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt


    In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks. Add remaining ingredients; mix to blend.


    Serve with veggie sticks, baked chips, or with Mexican food.
