2 cup low-fat milk 1/2 cup chopped apples (or low sugar canned pie apple) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp superfine sugar (or brown sugar) Directions:
Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and sugar. Serve with extra milk if desired. (Per Serving)
