1 1/2 cup plain soy milk, enriched 1 vegetable stock cube, crumbled 12 oz asparagus cuts, canned, drained 4 cup cooked penne pasta (or small shaped pasta) Directions:
Bring mixture to the boil over medium heat, then simmer until mixture thickens. Fold through asparagus. Heat through and serve sauce over cooked penne pasta. Microwave Directions:
