1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
14 oz lean beef fillet, cut into strips
4 cup cooked basmati rice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 (10 oz) can chickpeas (garbanzos), drained
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp paprika
Add the beef, cooking until browned and cooked. Add the rice, lemon juice, bell pepper, and chickpeas, stirring until heated through.
Fold through combined yogurt and cornstarch, heating without boiling. Sprinkle with paprika.
