A light banana cake.

1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 1/2 cup self-rising, sifted
4 1/2 oz light margarine, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process for 2 minutes or until smooth. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan (4-inch x 8-inch) that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
