This high-calcium smoothie makes a refreshing snack or meal in itself.

1/4 tsp vanilla
2 ice cubes
2 tsp honey
1/4 cup low-fat plain soy milk
8 oz low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Can omit or cut down on the honey for a less-sweet beverage and/or if consuming as one serving (served in a tall glass tumbler).
