2 thin slices mixed grain bread (about 1 oz)
1 lettuce leaf
3 slices tomato (about 2 oz)
Lightly spread bread with mayonnaise. Layer lettuce, bacon and tomato on one slice of bread; top with remaining bread. Serve.
