2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz each) 2 tsp light buttery spread or margarine 1 oz slice nonfat cheese 3 slices tomato (2 oz) Directions:
Lightly spread bread with margarine; layer with cheese, tomato and pickle. Top with remaining slice of bread. Serve. Variations:
If adding mayonnaise (1 tablespoon), use a fat-free variety and allow an extra 36 calories, 0.5g fat. (Per Serving)
