    2 tsp light buttery spread
    1 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise

    2 oz mixed salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts)

Directions:

    Lightly spread bread with buttery spread and mayonnaise.

    Top one slice of bread with chicken and salad; close with remaining bread. Serve.
