Grapefruit with cottage cheese, dried fruit and a drizzle of honey.

1/2 cup raisins, unpacked
1/2 cup dried apricots
7 oz low-fat creamed cottage cheese (1%)
1 Tbsp honey
In a bowl, combine grapefruit, raisins and apricots together with cheese and spoon into grapefruit shells. Top with a drizzle of honey.
Serve chilled, or grilled until warmed through.
